If you are running above 30 that is most of the problem. Usually best shift points depend on torque curve,bike setup traction and you reaction to light.ive alwasy found that shifting 250 to 500 before curve start to fall off and if the rpme drop to start of curve is best.this all depends on gearing and motors torque with motor you have it should be pretty wide curve so tuning close should be easy then.
